Great people and great unique cars.
This is a old fashion neighborhood garage. They are knowledgeable , honest and trustworthy. We been coming here for years to have our cars service. Recently, I was involve in a accident and had issues with insurance company selected body shop and when I seek Greg out for help, without hesitation he came to my aid and even offer to house my car till I can resolve the issue. I wholeheartedly recommend Greg and the Oldwick Village Garage.
If I could post zero stars I would. What a mistake I made scheduling my car for repairs at the Oldwick Village Garage. This place was recommended to me by a co-worker who had nothing but great things to say about them. It just proves the old saying that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. In any case, what a mistake I made even scheduling an appointment with these guys. I called a week in advance and was assured they would have a loaner car for me. So.....day of the appointment I get up an hour early for the hour drive from my home to what I was told would be the best repair facility around. I get there early in the morning as per their request and was told OH, we don't have a loaner for you! Really? Apparently they tried calling the evening prior to the appointment but left no message. Any idea how many scam and spam phone calls we all get everyday. So leave a message, those I return. Oh and hey, what about calling again the morning of the appointment? Nothing. They may know how to repair cars there but there is no courtesy given at this place. So now, I take my car elsewhere and the Oldwick Village Garage will never see me or my money, EVER ! What an absolute and total disappointment.
